• Account information:When you register or place an order, we need to collect your email address. This is critical for issuance of Root access credentials and financial settlement.
• Service usage data:We will automatically record your IP address, browser type, device telemetry data (such as CPU load, memory usage) when you access this platform, and your operations on the console.
• Payment information:All payment processes are handled by third-party payment gateways such as RainbowPay. We do not store your credit card number or payment password and only receive payment status results.

2. Purpose of use of information

The information we collect will be used for the following purposes, and you agree that we may make adjustments based on business needs:

• Provide, maintain and optimize our physical machine deployment and management services.
• Security:Used to detect, prevent and deal with technical issues or illegal activities, and ensure the overall security of the JEXCLOUD global matrix network.
• Business communication:Send you service notifications, bill reminders, technical maintenance announcements or promotional information with your consent via email.
• According to legal and regulatory requirements or mandatory requirements of government departments.

3. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We are obliged to keep your information confidential to the extent reasonably necessary. We have the right to share your information in the following situations without obtaining your consent:

• Service delivery and partners:In order to complete your order (including but not limited to IP routing distribution, physical computer room operation, power supply, payment settlement), we need to share necessary information with computer room partners, payment service providers and other infrastructure providers.
• Business restructuring:In business transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, reorganization or bankruptcy liquidation, your information may be transferred to transaction-related parties as part of the assets without prior notice to you.
• Legal compliance and cooperation with law enforcement:We may disclose your information in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, government or regulatory agencies, without prior notice to you, including cooperating with investigations by law enforcement agencies.
• Disclaimer for security incidents:In the event of data leakage or loss due to force majeure, hacker attacks, system vulnerabilities, third-party service failures, or other data leakage or losses not caused by our subjective fault, provided that we have adopted industry-wide security measures, we will not be liable for any additional compensation, and the upper limit of compensation will not exceed the service fee you actually paid in the month when the incident occurred.

4. Data security and storage

We use industry-leading encryption technology (256-bit encryption) and physical isolation measures to protect your data.However, there is no absolute security in the Internet environment. You expressly understand and agree that we will not be liable for any information leakage, loss or damage caused by technical limitations, external attacks or other factors beyond our reasonable control.Our responsibility for data security is limited to the extent that reasonable precautions have been taken.

When your subscription service is terminated or expires without renewal, our system will follow security procedures and use cryptographic standards to perform encryption on the physical machine disk you are using.Irreversible and complete erasure, this operation will permanently delete all data on the disk. You are responsible for backing up important data before the service is terminated; we are not responsible for any data recovery requests after the service is terminated.

5. Modifications and changes to policies

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.The revised policy will be legally binding on all users once it is published on the platform. If you continue to access or use any of our services after the policy changes, you will be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted all the modified terms. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you should immediately stop using all our services. Your continued use will constitute clear recognition of the new policy.
